How we work

Not a course you half-watch.

The bootcamp is built around active work: decisions, exercises, feedback, group discussion, and real job-search material that gets clearer week by week.

A group you actually move with.

Structured program

Six modules in a deliberate order, with a weekly working session of 2 to 2.5 hours where we move through the module together.

You work, you don't watch

You make decisions, test assumptions, and produce real job search material during the session — not after it, someday.

Facilitator-led, small group

The facilitator brings methodology, structure and feedback; the group brings different perspectives and peer learning.

What gets practised

You practise the behaviours that make the search work.

The point is not to collect advice. The point is to become sharper at the practical work: understanding your value, talking to people, receiving feedback, deciding what to do next, and keeping momentum.

  • Having thoughtful conversations
  • Listening and understanding what another person actually needs
  • Clarifying goals and expectations
  • Communicating clearly
  • Giving and receiving effective feedback
  • Making decisions based on evidence
  • Understanding group dynamics
  • Facilitating conversations
  • Coaching and supporting other people
