Autumn 2026 · 6-week facilitator-led Job Search Bootcamp

Find the job, but smarter.

Six weeks to build a structured job search and get ready to interview in October — while developing the communication, decision-making, feedback and people skills you will use throughout your career.

Not a course you half-watch. A group you actually move with.

Two groups. One problem.

Those who lost a job, and those who still have one — are dealing with the same thing.

We usually treat them as if they're on opposite sides — one needs sympathy, the other has safety figured out. In reality, both are facing uncertainty about what comes next, and how to make the next move without losing stability along the way.

Who this is for

Professionals who need structure and support in their job search.

01

Recently laid-off professionals

You have runway and a sudden, unfamiliar question: what's the next move — and how do you make it well?

02

Professionals preparing for a possible layoff

The signals are there. You'd rather build the search now, on your terms, than scramble after the email lands.

03

Anyone moving from a random to a structured job search

You're tired of applying into the void. You want a process that holds up under uncertainty.

The core problem we solve

Most job-search problems aren't about effort.

People put in the effort. But movement without direction leads to growing anxiety instead of progress. This bootcamp replaces that pattern with structure — so job searching becomes clearer, calmer, and more effective. Now, and the next time you face a similar situation.

What makes it different

Not a course you half-watch. A group you actually move with.

You don't consume information about job searching. You work through the process: you make decisions, test assumptions, communicate your thinking, receive and give feedback, and learn from what other participants are figuring out.

The program is facilitator-led, and the group is part of the learning environment — that's where professional behaviours actually get practised.

How we work

Small-group, facilitator-led.

Structured program

Six modules in a deliberate order, with a weekly working session of 2 to 2.5 hours where we move through the module together.

You work, you don't watch

You make decisions, test assumptions, and produce real job search material during the session — not after it, someday.

Facilitator-led, small group

The facilitator brings methodology, structure and feedback; the group brings different perspectives and peer learning.

The program

Two phases. Six modules. One working job search.

The order is intentional: each module depends on the one before it.

Beyond the job search

The goal is a job. The development doesn't stop there.

Because of how the Bootcamp works, you spend six weeks practising skills — not hearing that they matter. In every session you're working with real decisions, real feedback and real people.

These same skills keep paying off after the search: better conversations with your manager, clearer expectations, negotiation, asking for the support you need in a new role, and navigating your first months in a new environment. Later, as you work with more stakeholders and more people, they become the everyday tools of feedback, facilitation, coaching and management.

  • Having thoughtful conversations
  • Listening and understanding what another person actually needs
  • Clarifying goals and expectations
  • Communicating clearly
  • Giving and receiving effective feedback
  • Making decisions based on evidence
  • Understanding group dynamics
  • Facilitating conversations
  • Coaching and supporting other people

What you leave with

  • 04A working job search funnel
